Who we are
Data we collect, why, and what happens if you refuse
Online / phone / walk-in booking
Data: name / nickname, phone, e-mail, service, time
Purpose & basis: confirm and deliver the appointment — GDPR Art 6 (1)(b)
Required: yes – without it we can’t confirm, reschedule or cancel your slot
Customer support
Data: e-mails, SMS threads
Purpose & basis: answer enquiries, defend claims — Art 6 (1)(f)
Required: optional – refusal may delay or stop our reply
Website analytics (Google Analytics 4)
Data: truncated IP, device info, pages visited
Purpose & basis: site statistics — Art 6 (1)(a) consent
Required: optional – haircut unaffected; we lose stats
Remarketing ads (Google Ads, Meta)
Data: cookie ID, visit history
Purpose & basis: show our ads to past visitors — Art 6 (1)(a) consent
Required: optional – you’ll see less-targeted ads
If someone books on your behalf, they must have your permission.
We never collect card details online

Internal access
Our barbers, reception staff and the owner view booking details to deliver your service.
External processors
EasyWeek (Awescode GmbH, Germany) – booking platform (Data-Processor Agreement).
Google services – Tag Manager, Analytics 4, Ads, Maps, Fonts (Standard Contractual Clauses for any US transfer; copies available on request).
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. – Facebook/Instagram ads (only if you accept marketing cookies; SCCs in place).
Consentmanager AB – cookie-consent banner (DPA).
Framer B.V., Netherlands – website hosting (DPA).
Cookies
Essential cookies: Consentmanager CMP, EasyWeek session cookies, functional Google Fonts/Maps. These run automatically so the site and booking widget work.
Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 — load only if you opt in. GA4 stores ad-personalisation events for 2 months and all other stats for 14 months.
Marketing cookies: Google Ads tags and Meta Pixel — load only if you opt in. They expire no later than 180 days.
A detailed, always-updated cookie list is available via the “Cookie settings” button (blue shield icon bottom-left). You can change or withdraw consent there at any time.
How long we keep your data
Booking records: 24 months after your last appointment.
Accounting data: 5 years (Danish Bookkeeping Act).
Support e-mails/SMS: 6 months after our last contact.
Google Analytics data: 14 months.
Marketing cookies: up to 180 days from your last visit.
Children
Our services are not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data; parents may request deletion at any time.
Automated decision-making
We make no automated decisions or profiling that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format, withdraw consent, and complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, www.datatilsynet.dk).

Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (GDPR Art 32), including full-site HTTPS and two-factor logins for all admin tools.
